Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Developer to design, develop, and lead the implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Microsoft Foundry.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on development experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI agents, custom connectors, and enterprise integrations. The role involves building complex automation workflows, developing AI-powered solutions, integrating enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence, and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.

The candidate will also provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Power Platform Development

· Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

· Build complex workflows and business process automations using Power Automate.

· Develop and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data models.

· Configure and develop custom connectors to integrate Power Platform applications with external systems and APIs.

· Implement reusable components, environment strategies, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines.

2. Copilot Studio & AI Agent Development

· Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

· Configure agent instructions, topics, knowledge sources, actions, tools, and workflow integrations.

· Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources and business applications.

· Build intelligent automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve user productivity.

· Implement appropriate testing, access controls, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms for AI agents.

3. MCP Development & Integration

· Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients and servers to enable AI applications to interact with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.





· Build MCP tools and resources to expose business capabilities securely to AI agents.

· Integrate MCP-based capabilities with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and enterprise applications where supported by the target architecture.

· Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, error handling, and secure tool execution.

· Troubleshoot MCP connectivity, tool discovery, integration, and runtime issues.

4. Microsoft Foundry & AI Orchestration

· Develop AI-powered applications and agent workflows using Microsoft Foundry.

· Integrate AI models, tools, APIs, and enterprise data sources to support business use cases.

· Build orchestration workflows that coordinate AI agents, business logic, and enterprise services.

· Implement testing, evaluation, tracing, monitoring, and performance optimization for AI applications.

· Collaborate with architects and AI teams to deploy reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

5. Enterprise Application Integrations

· Integrate Power Platform and AI solutions with enterprise applications, including ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.

· Develop integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, authentication mechanisms, and automation workflows.

· Automate service management, issue tracking, knowledge retrieval, and collaboration processes.

· Ensure reliable data exchange, secure access, and appropriate error handling across integrated systems.

· Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize workflows for performance and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.

· Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.

· Experience developing and deploying copilots and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

· Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP),



including MCP clients, servers, tools, and enterprise integrations.

· Experience building custom connectors and integrating REST APIs.

· Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Foundry for AI application development and agent orchestration.

· Experience integrating enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.

· Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, API security, and enterprise access controls.

· Experience with debugging, testing, code reviews, and application lifecycle management.

· Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.

· Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

· Experience with Power Platform solutions, managed environments, governance, and deployment pipelines.

· Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD practices.

· Experience with enterprise workflow automation, IT service management, and knowledge management solutions.

· Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AI technologies.
