Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to manage project governance, planning, monitoring, and execution across multiple projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, budget control, risk management, and coordination with cross-functional teams while maintaining project management standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage project governance processes to ensure projects meet defined KPIs, milestones, and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation using MS Project.
- Monitor project progress against budgets, schedules, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries for management reviews.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and follow up on action items for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, Safety,



and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct periodic project review meetings and communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and execution efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, sustainability, and applicable statutory requirements.

equired Skills & Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience in project execution and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI for project reporting and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, and risk analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred, with exposure to food, dairy, or nutrition manufacturing being an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
