- Prepare plumbing layouts, water supply systems, drainage systems, and sanitary plumbing drawings.

- Design and plan internal and external plumbing systems for residential, commercial, institutional, and government buildings.

- Prepare working drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and plumbing details using AutoCAD.

- Calculate water demand, pipe sizing, drainage flow, and plumbing system requirements.

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material specifications.

- Work with CPHEEO guidelines, NBC provisions, IS codes, and applicable plumbing standards.

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, HVAC engineers, and other consultants.





- Review architectural and structural drawings to identify plumbing service requirements and avoid clashes.

- Assist in preparing tender documents, technical specifications, and estimates as per applicable SOR/DSR.

- Review drawings and resolve technical issues during project execution.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure proper installation and compliance with approved drawings.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned work

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
