Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Technical Trainer for our Playwright with Gen AI Master Program. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Playwright automation using JavaScript/TypeScript, automation framework development, API testing, and practical Generative AI tools.

Practical knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and hands-on experience with Playwright MCP integration are important requirements. The trainer should be capable of conducting live coding sessions, delivering practical training, and guiding students through a complete industry-oriented automation project.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct hands-on training on Playwright automation using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Teach automation framework development and industry best practices.
- Provide practical training on API testing and API automation.
- Demonstrate the use of Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot.
- Explain MCP concepts and demonstrate practical Playwright MCP integration.
- Conduct live coding sessions, practical exercises, and real-time debugging.
- Guide students in developing a complete industry-oriented automation project.
- Provide assignments, project reviews, and technical guidance.
- Help students understand real-world testing scenarios and automation challenges.
- Ensure students develop practical,

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Playwright automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience in automation framework development.
- Knowledge of API testing and API automation.
- Practical experience using Gen AI tools for test automation.
- Robust understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Hands-on experience with Playwright MCP integration.
- Knowledge of Git, debugging, test reporting, and automation best practices.
- Experience working on real-time automation projects.

Training Program Details
- Program Duration: 60 Days
- Training Hours: 60+ Hours of Hands-on Training
- Batch Size: Initially 45 students, with plans to scale to 8–10 students.
- Training Approach: Live sessions, coding demonstrations, practical assignments, and project-based learning.
- Project Guidance: End-to-end industry-oriented automation project.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant experience as Technical Trainers, Automation Engineers, or QA Automation Professionals.
- Strong practical knowledge of Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, API testing, Gen AI, and MCP integration.
- Excellent technical communication and live training skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts through practical demonstrations.
