CPH- Bus Responsibilities - '- Conceptualization of the Platform strategy in line with the Promise statement jointly with Product Planning for the entire range of Bus & clcv; - Create a manageable portfolio of projects to execute Platform Strategy

- To ensure sustenance and increase in market share, continuously work towards new product/variant introduction based on changing market scenarios, customer needs, regulations, attributes leadership in competition, etc.
- Manage platform product strategies to ensure right product mix to achieve the short term & long term business goals
- Leading 7 ongoing critical projects important for business sustenance & short term to medium term market share target achievement and other projects that are essential for medium to long term market share target achievement - Ensure discipline with agility for development and introduction of current products and variants on the platform as per time, cost & quality plan to ensure desired sales volumes & profitability targets




- Monitor adherence to critical gateways during product development and target first time right - Discern trigger areas which directly affect profits and ensure that the profitability is tracked, achieved & maintained
- Monitor areas such as Fuel Efficiency Guarantee Leadership.
- Monitor & control the budgeted price increase, material purchasing cost reduction, value engineering plans and sales volumes for the platform to achieve the overall profitability
- Ensure execution of projects which lead to IMCR (Integrated Materials Cost Reduction) Target - Steer strategic discussions/negotiations for development of short & long term Platform Portfolio, Profitability Metrics, Business Cases, Technology &
- Aggregate Development - Lead Inter-Function &
- Inter-Project Trade-off decisions to ensure Min./ No deviations in overall TCIP Targets of Projects / Platform
- Key Involvement in Techno-commercial Trade-off Decisions, TCP trade-off in Manufacturing decisions - Review Platform performance regularly with Internal &
- External Stakeholders, such as Functional Heads, Plant Head, Project Leaders &
- COE Heads Experience Level Senior Level
