Job Title: Plastic Packaging Manufacturing Plant Manager

Experience: 5–10 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the complete factory operations for plastic bottles, jars, containers, and other packaging products.
- Handle machine operations, machine settings, mould changing, and troubleshooting.
- Manage production planning, raw materials, inventory, and finished goods stock.
- Supervise factory staff, operators, and workers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain product quality, production targets, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance, workplace safety, and timely production.
- Handle day-to-day factory management independently, from raw material to finished product dispatch.

Requirements:

- Strong practical knowledge of plastic packaging manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with relevant plastic moulding machines and production techniques.
- Ability to manage the entire factory independently.
- Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and staff management skills.
- Preference for candidates with experience in plastic bottles, jars, and container manufacturing.

Salary: As per experience and knowledge. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
