Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily coconut oil production, packing, and dispatch operations, including export orders.

- Manage Hindi-speaking workers and ensure proper work allocation, discipline, and productivity.

- Coordinate stock, packing materials, loading, documentation, and timely dispatch.

- Monitor product quality, hygiene, safety, and housekeeping.

- Maintain production and dispatch records and report daily activities to management.

Work Requirements:

- Willingness to work extended hours, night shifts, Sundays, and holidays as required by operational needs, subject to applicable labour laws.

- Ability to manage workers effectively and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Preferred Candidate: Experienced in oil mill, food manufacturing, production supervision, or dispatch operations. Knowledge of Hindi is essential.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
