About the Role

Katyayani Organics is looking for M.Sc. Freshers to join our R&D; team. The selected candidates will work on product development, formulation, laboratory trials and testing related to agrochemical and agricultural products.

This is a hands-on R&D; role where candidates will get an opportunity to learn and work on formulation development and product improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in development and improvement of agrochemical formulations.

Conduct laboratory trials, experiments and formulation testing.

Perform basic chemical analysis and maintain accurate laboratory records.

Support R&D; trials from laboratory scale to production scale.

Study raw materials and their compatibility for formulation development.

Prepare samples and evaluate product quality and stability.

Maintain R&D; documentation, test reports and experiment records.

Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during product trials.

Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs and proper chemical handling practices.

Learn and apply new formulation techniques and R&D; processes.

Requirements

- M.Sc. in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry or relevant specialization.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Strong interest in R&D;, formulation development and chemical products.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory instruments, chemical handling and testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on in the laboratory and plant environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
