Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Plant Finance Support qualified to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities at the plant, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including vendor invoices, payments, and expense verification.
- Monitor plant expenses, budgets, and cost-control measures.
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, production, and other departments for financial documentation.
- Assist in inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and physical stock verification.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.




- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Skills: Good knowledge of accounting principles, Excel, MIS reporting, cost analysis, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with prior experience in plant finance, manufacturing, or industrial operations will be preferred.
