Role Description The Planning Engineer will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, coordinating production and project schedules to meet delivery timelines and operational targets.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed planning documents, monitoring progress against plans, and updating stakeholders on schedule changes or risks. The role involves analyzing capacity, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency, and proposing adjustments to optimize output.

The Planning

Engineer will collaborate closely with production, procurement, and project teams to align activities, maintain accurate records, and support project control and reporting. The position also requires preparing periodic reports, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and adhering to organizational standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Planning and Production Planning skills to develop schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate operations effectively. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance,



and identify areas for process improvement. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present planning updates clearly.

Candidates should possess Project Control skills to track progress, manage changes, and support timely completion of deliverables. Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering) or equivalent technical qualification. Proficiency in planning tools or software (such as MS Excel, project scheduling applications) and familiarity with manufacturing or project environments.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under tight timelines. Prior experience in production planning, project coordination, or industrial operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
