: Planning Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with a solid background in high-rise residential construction projects of at least G+25 floors. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, and timely execution of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, baseline plans, and construction timelines.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with project, execution, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
- Track critical path activities and implement recovery plans to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare manpower, material,



and equipment planning in line with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to validate physical progress and update project schedules.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress dashboards, and variance analysis reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to resolve planning-related issues.
- Maintain project documentation, scheduling records, and progress reports.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in project planning for high-rise residential construction.
- Mandatory experience in projects of G+25 floors or above.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project monitoring, critical path analysis, and delay management.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
