Job Title: Industry Tie-Up / Field Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and establish partnerships with industries, companies, and corporate organizations.
- Visit industries and companies to develop business relationships.
- Coordinate with HR teams and industry representatives for placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of potential industry partners.
- Organize industry meetings, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with industry partners.
- Coordinate with internal training and placement teams.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and update partnership records.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and industry visits.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Preference for candidates from Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Panchkula, or Mohali.
Work Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
