Job Summary: Support pilot-scale trials, process standardization and scale-up activities for bioproduction processes, ensuring reliable observations, documentation and adherence to protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and conducting pilot-scale trials and standardization studies under approved protocols.

- Prepare media, cultures and materials; support trial setup, sampling and routine monitoring of process parameters.

- Collect, analyse and record experimental and process data accurately, including observations, results and deviations.

- Compare trial results against defined parameters and help identify opportunities for process consistency and improvement.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality and other technical teams during trials and transfer of standardized processes.

- Maintain laboratory/pilot-scale equipment and work areas in a clean, protected and orderly condition.

- Prepare trial reports, technical summaries and supporting documentation for review by the reporting manager.

- Follow biosafety, aseptic handling, waste disposal and other applicable SOPs.
