Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Physiotherapy Manager to oversee physiotherapy services, coordinate the physiotherapy team, and ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day physiotherapy operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the physiotherapy department or centre.
- Assess patients and develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Supervise and coordinate physiotherapists and other rehabilitation staff, as applicable.
- Ensure quality patient care and follow-up throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of physiotherapy equipment.
- Maintain hygiene, safety,



and professional standards in the department.
- Manage patient appointments, treatment schedules, and daily workflow.
- Address patient concerns and work to improve patient satisfaction.
- Support departmental performance monitoring and service improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is required; MPT candidates may also apply.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
- Valuable clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
- Ability to organize daily operations and manage patient treatment schedules.
- A patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (₹4 LPA), depending on experience and skills.
- Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
