Academic Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Physics lectures in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach core Physics concepts including Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Electricity, Magnetism, and Up-to-date Physics.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
- Simplify complex concepts through practical examples and demonstrations.

Student Learning & Assessment
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, practicals, and examinations.
- Monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct remedial classes and mentoring sessions for students requiring additional support.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.

Laboratory & Practical Management
- Conduct Physics laboratory sessions and practical experiments.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Adhere to laboratory safety standards and protocols.
- Maintain laboratory records, inventory, and experiment reports.

Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Encourage active student participation and discussion.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.





Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
- Prepare progress reports and assessment records.
- Participate in staff meetings, PTMs, workshops, and school events.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to improve academic outcomes.

Student Development
- Guide students in Physics projects, science fairs, exhibitions, and Olympiads.
- Encourage scientific curiosity and research-oriented learning.
- Mentor students on academic and career pathways in Science and Engineering.

Qualifications
- M.Sc. Physics (Preferred)
- B.Sc. Physics with relevant teaching experience
- B.Ed. preferred for school-level teaching
- Experience teaching Grades 11-12, Junior College, or Competitive Exam students

Location Mankhurd, Bhim Nagar, Near Mankhurd Metro Station, Mumbai

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
