Maa Nest is an app-based home-care platform connecting families with verified professionals for childcare, elder care, and physiotherapy at home.

We are expanding our network of qualified physiotherapists across Bengaluru and are looking for skilled, responsible professionals who want to deliver physiotherapy services at patients’ homes while managing their own availability.

As a Physiotherapist Partner on Maa Nest, you can create your professional profile, select your preferred service areas, manage your availability, and receive booking requests directly through the Maa Nest app. You remain in control of which bookings you accept.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and provide appropriate home-based rehabilitation within your qualifications and scope of practice.
- Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans based on the patient’s assessment, needs, and recovery goals.
- Provide guided therapeutic exercises, mobility training, posture correction, and appropriate hands-on therapy.
- Support patients with orthopaedic conditions, pain management, post-surgery recovery, sports injuries, neurological rehabilitation, and senior mobility, where qualified and competent.
- Provide paediatric physiotherapy for eligible patients aged five and above, where appropriately qualified.
- Explain prescribed home exercise programmes and safe movement techniques to patients and families.
- Monitor progress and communicate relevant observations and recommendations professionally.
- Maintain accurate session records and follow patient privacy, consent, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Arrive punctually, communicate professionally, and complete accepted bookings responsibly.
- Follow Maa Nest’s verification, booking, and professional conduct guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- BPT or an equivalent recognised physiotherapy qualification.
- Valid professional registration or other credentials wherever required by applicable regulations.




- Ability to assess patients and provide physiotherapy within your professional competence.
- Good communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to patient safety.
- Willingness to complete Maa Nest’s identity and qualification verification process.

Freshers and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply, subject to qualification verification and suitability for the services offered. Relevant clinical or supervised practical experience is beneficial. Physiotherapy Services on Maa Nest

Physiotherapists may receive bookings for:

- Orthopaedic & Pain Relief: Back, neck, knee, and joint pain, stiffness, and mobility concerns.
- Post-Surgery & Injury Rehabilitation: Recovery following surgery, fractures, and injuries.
- Neurological Rehabilitation: Mobility, balance, and coordination support within professional competence.
- Geriatric Physiotherapy: Senior mobility, balance, and fall-prevention support.
- Paediatric Physiotherapy: Movement and motor-skill support for eligible children.
- Women's Health & Postnatal Physiotherapy: Appropriate rehabilitation within relevant qualifications.
- Sports Rehabilitation: Recovery from sports injuries and return-to-activity support.
- Cardiorespiratory Rehabilitation: Appropriate rehabilitation within relevant training and competence.

How the Work Model Operates
- Create your professional profile through the Maa Nest app.
- Choose your preferred working areas across Bengaluru.
- Set your availability according to your schedule.
- Receive physiotherapy booking requests from families.
- Accept or decline requests based on your availability and suitability.
- Deliver one-hour physiotherapy sessions at the patient's home.
- Receive payouts weekly for eligible completed bookings, according to applicable platform terms.

Physiotherapy sessions are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, subject to the available booking slots. There are no fixed office shifts.



Booking opportunities depend on patient demand, your service area, availability, profile approval, and bookings received.

All physiotherapists must complete Maa Nest’s onboarding and verification process before being listed and accepting bookings. This includes identity verification, qualification checks, and profile review.

Physiotherapists must work within their qualifications and professional scope, obtain appropriate consent, respect patient privacy, and decline or stop any activity they reasonably consider unsafe.

Maa Nest is a technology platform connecting families with independent professionals; it is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider.
