Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to capture high-quality video content for our Pilates studios, fitness sessions, trainers, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video production, lighting, camera handling, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Shooting & Production
- Shoot high-quality videos of Pilates sessions, fitness activities, trainers, studio interiors, and events.
- Create promotional videos, brand films, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Plan and execute video shoots according to the content calendar and marketing requirements.
- Ensure proper camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio quality.
- Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into professional, engaging, and visually appealing videos.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Add music, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and effects wherever required.
- Ensure all videos meet the company's quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Social Media Content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts and content ideas.
- Produce content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and content styles relevant to the fitness industry.
- Suggest creative ways to improve audience engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Studio & Brand Coverage




- Capture Pilates classes, instructor demonstrations, workshops, events, and studio activities.
- Coordinate with instructors, studio managers, and the marketing team for scheduled shoots.
- Ensure the qualified presentation of the brand across all visual content.
- Equipment & File Management
- Maintain cameras, lenses, microphones, lighting equipment, and other production tools.
- Organize, store, and back up video footage and edited files.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned video projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, composition, and sound recording.
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Strong creativity, storytelling, time management, and communication skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is preferred.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, Pilates, or lifestyle content will be an added advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Quality and creativity of video content.
- Timely completion and delivery of assigned projects.
- Consistency in producing content as per the marketing calendar.
- Engagement, reach, and viewership of published video content.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and production standards.
- Effective utilization and maintenance of company equipment.

Working Requirements

- Willingness to travel between studio locations for shoots, as required.
- Flexibility to cover studio events, promotional campaigns, and scheduled sessions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
