Alencure Biotech is looking for a skilled and responsible Pharmaceutical Fitter to handle the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-Time | In office

Job Location: Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair pharmaceutical production machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain machinery according to pharmaceutical hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to the supervisor.




- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for efficient operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or a related trade.
- 3–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of mechanical tools, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of GMP, equipment hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions.
