A PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) in Economics teaches senior secondary students (Classes 11 and 12 & TGT SST ) under curriculam like CBSE)

- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Prepare and deliver structured, concept-driven lessons in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Indian Economic Development.

- Board Exam Preparation: Train students for senior secondary board examinations through regular tests, practice worksheets, and mock exams.

- Real-World Application: Use case studies, current market trends, and interactive digital tools to explain abstract economic principles.

- Student Assessment: Evaluate assignments, track academic progress, and conduct remedial classes for struggling students.

- Co-curricular Involvement: Participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), staff meetings, and school events,



and guide student research or project work.

Standard Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Master’s degree (M.A.) in Economics from a recognized university, coupled with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).

- Experience: Generally requires 2 to 5+ years of teaching senior secondary (Classes 11–12) classes in a reputed school.

- Skills: Strong subject expertise, fluency in English, familiarity with NEP (National Education Policy) guidelines, and good IT/digital classroom proficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
