What You’ll Actually Do

- Plan and launch Meta & Google ad campaigns
- Set up and optimise WhatsApp lead campaigns & basic automation flows
- Analyse performance weekly (CPL, ROAS, conversions - yes, we care about numbers)
- Prepare transparent, structured performance reports with insights (not just screenshots)
- Suggest improvements instead of just reporting problems
- Optimise campaigns regularly - targeting, creatives, budgets, funnels
- Identify gaps in lead quality and work towards improving conversion rates
- Work closely with the content team to improve ad creatives
- Think about audience psychology, not just targeting filters
- Have minimal but clear client communication to understand business goals, offers, and feedback Basically:

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing




- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing Google Ad campaigns
- Experience handling and optimising significant monthly ad budgets (₹10L+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp campaigns / lead funnel logic
- Clear understanding of metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Ability to analyse data and suggest actionable improvements
- Comfortable creating structured weekly performance reports
- Strong ownership mindset - you don’t wait to be told every step
- Basic understanding of funnel strategy (awareness → lead → conversion)
- Good communication skills for minimal but effective client interactions
