About the Role

Infoz IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, campaign performance, advertising budgets, and ROI improvement while collaborating with sales, content, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive lead generation and achieve performance targets for CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and optimize channel-wise spending.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Develop retargeting campaigns, marketing funnels, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Work with content and design teams to create performance-focused advertisements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Guide and mentor junior marketing team members.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads,



Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
- Expertise in paid media strategy, lead generation, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and improving CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in EdTech, IT, B2B, or B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO basics, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with CRM tools, lead nurturing, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
