Role Description: As a Performance Marketing Lead at Buzzzcraft, you will head the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive measurable growth. You will work on monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports and insights to improve targeting, messaging, and ROI. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting with performance testing and experimentation, and helping implement performance management frameworks.

This is a remote role, located in Bengaluru, offering hands-on exposure to performance marketing within a dynamic,



creative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts such as paid media, conversion funnels, and key performance indicators.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing to support continuous improvement of digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn & Bing
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present insights clearly, and align on campaign objectives.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) is beneficial.
- Ability to work remotely in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced workplace.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
