PinTech Digital is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and performance monitoring.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

- Track leads, conversions, and campaign KPIs using analytics and reporting tools.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.





- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and keyword research.

- Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
