About Vihara

Vihara is building a simpler way to buy and sell real estate. We run online auctions of bank-owned properties on behalf of banks and servicers, and connect them with investors and home buyers. We’re small, fast, and built around AI.

The role

You’ll own paid acquisition at Vihara. That means running our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads end to end, from creative and copy to audiences, budgets, tracking, and landing pages. You’ll be measured on registered bidders and cost per qualified lead, not impressions.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch, and scale Meta campaigns for live property auctions
- Run a constant creative testing cycle across hooks, angles, copy, and formats (static, video, Reels, carousel)
- Produce ad creative with AI tools and iterate quickly on what the data shows
- Manage budgets and bidding, and decide when to kill, hold, or scale
- Own tracking (Pixel, Conversions API, events, attribution) so every number can be trusted
- Build and test landing pages and lead forms to lift conversion
- Set up retargeting and lookalike audiences
- Help build a buyer and partner referral program




- Report weekly on what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re testing next

What we’re looking for

- Hands-on experience running Meta ads for lead generation, with results you can show in numbers
- Solid creative instincts: you can write a scroll-stopping hook and recognize a winning ad
- Working knowledge of Pixel and CAPI setup, attribution, and fixing broken tracking
- A test-and-learn mindset, backed by clear thinking with data
- Sharp, concise copywriting
- Daily use of AI tools for creative, copy, and analysis
- High ownership: you find the next test without being told
- Bonus: experience in real estate, fintech, or marketplaces
