Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, drive app installations, increase parking bookings, improve user retention, and generate qualified B2B leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, mobile app marketing, campaign analytics, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage app installation, lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Cost Per Install (CPI).
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

1. App Growth & User Acquisition

* Develop strategies to increase Parké app installations and active users.
- Optimize the conversion funnel from app installation to the first parking booking.
- Run remarketing campaigns to convert inactive users into paying customers.
- Improve user retention and repeat booking rates.
- Plan city-specific user acquisition campaigns for new market launches.
- Performance Analysis & Tracking
- Monitor key metrics, including CAC, CPI, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Google Ads.
- Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze advertising expenditure against actual bookings and revenue.

1. Creative Strategy & Growth Marketing

* Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-converting advertisements.
- Research competitor advertising strategies and market trends.
- Develop creative hooks, ad copies,



and video advertising concepts.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and referral marketing.
- Experiment with recent acquisition channels and growth strategies.

1. Lead Generation – B2B & B2C

* Generate qualified leads for Parké Partner SaaS.
- Develop campaigns targeting parking operators, malls, hospitals, hotels, and commercial properties.
- Support lead generation for Parké X franchise expansion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience running mobile app installation campaigns is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CAC, CPI, ROAS, and marketing funnels.
- Knowledge of Firebase, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Experience in A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in startups, mobile applications, or consumer technology will be an added advantage.

- App Installs: Increase quality app installations.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Reduce customer acquisition expenses.
- Cost Per Install (CPI): Optimize app installation costs.
- First Bookings: Improve conversion from app installation to the first parking booking.
- ROAS: Improve returns on advertising expenditure.
- User Retention: Increase repeat parking bookings.
- B2B Leads: Generate qualified SaaS and franchise leads.
- Campaign Reporting: Ensure daily monitoring and regular weekly performance reviews.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and results-driven Performance Marketer who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns, improve customer acquisition efficiency, and drive measurable growth in app installations, parking bookings, user retention, and revenue.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
