Key Responsibilities:

- Program &

• Proposition Development:

- Design and refine wealth propositions tailored to Ultra-HNI, HNI & affluent segments.
- Support rollout of current platforms and digital tools to enhance client experience and Wealth RM productivity.

- Marketing &

• Campaign Execution:

- Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize and launch campaigns for HNI & affluent clients.
- Launch channel campaigns &

• Track performance & share actionable insights

- Channel &

• Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with internal stakeholders including PCG Sales, Bank Channel, Business Solutions &

• BIU to ensure alignment and adoption of initiatives.

- Drive execution of key tasks and ensure timely delivery across teams.

· Follow industry and company policies to maintain regulatory compliance

· Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies

· Provide regular sales and market trend reports

- Training & Enablement:
- Partner with the training team to design and implement training plans that support relationship managers.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
