Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payments.

- Analyze and reconcile payroll data to identify discrepancies or errors.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (B.B.A), Management (M.B.A), or Social Work (MSW).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management and legal compliance.

- Possess strong knowledge of payroll processing software and systems.

- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
