Job Summary

We are looking for a Payroll Executive responsible for monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate employee payroll records. The candidate should have a positive understanding of payroll calculations, statutory deductions, and applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.

- Calculate gross salary, net salary, CTC, earnings, deductions, arrears, incentives, bonuses, and full and final settlements.

- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and salary adjustments for payroll processing.

- Calculate and process statutory deductions and contributions, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, and other applicable components.

- Ensure timely preparation of PF ECR, challans, ESIC contributions, and other statutory records.

- Maintain payroll registers, salary slips, employee master data, and statutory documentation.

- Handle TDS calculations, investment declarations, tax proof verification, and Form 16-related activities.





- Coordinate with HR and Accounts for salary processing, employee additions/exits, and payroll reconciliation.

- Prepare monthly payroll reports, MIS, and statutory contribution summaries.

- Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, and statutory benefits.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary information and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

- Good knowledge of salary structures, payroll calculations, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.

- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.

- Good attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
