A. Payment Collection

- Review outstanding-payment lists with masters to identify overdue amounts, payment delays, and disputed items.
- Coordinate with masters and customers/parties to clarify issues, resolve disputes, and secure timely payment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and record payment commitments, collection status, reasons for delay, and next actions.
- Track unresolved disputes and overdue cases, and escalate delays or critical issues to management.
- Maintain accurate payment collection and outstanding-receivables reports.

B. Data Entry & Management

- Enter, update, verify, and maintain company data in the designated software/ERP system and Excel files.
- Handle routine data-entry work across relevant business functions as assigned, not limited to payment and collection data.
- Maintain structured and accurate master data, transaction records, operational reports, and other company records.
- Prepare, update, format, and maintain Excel trackers and reports; check data for completeness,

consistency, and errors.





- Organize digital records, update entries on time, and maintain data confidentiality and version discipline.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to collect missing information, validate entries, and ensure records are up to date.

Minimum Required Skills

- Proficient working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory, including formulas and functions,

sorting/filtering, data validation, lookup functions (such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), PivotTables, and report formatting.

- Robust data-entry accuracy, typing skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain large data sets systematically.
- Comfortable using business software/ERP/CRM systems and able to learn the company's software quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills for payment follow-up and dispute resolution.
- Prior experience in data management, MIS/data entry, accounts receivable, or payment collection is
