The hired person will be responsible to guide patients through their treatment journey, explain treatment procedures and financial aspects, ensure timely follow-ups, and coordinate with doctors and internal departments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build patient trust while ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

- Counsel patients regarding treatment procedures, consultations, and the overall treatment journey.

- Explain treatment packages, estimated costs, payment schedules, and available payment options clearly and transparently.

- Follow up with patients after consultations to understand their concerns, address queries, and encourage continuity of care.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments to ensure smooth patient management.

- Schedule appointments and maintain regular communication with patients regarding consultations, investigations,



and treatment plans.

- Address patient queries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

- Maintain accurate patient counselling records, follow-up trackers, and related documentation.

- Adhere to hospital policies, patient confidentiality requirements, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, IVF centre, or other healthcare setup.

- Experience in patient counselling, patient relations, treatment coordination, or financial counselling.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to explain treatment costs and financial information clearly.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
