DR Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a responsible and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (CC) to support patients and couples throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, coordination abilities, and a professional approach to patient service.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Guide patients and couples through the IVF treatment process.
- Explain treatment procedures and appointment schedules in coordination with the medical team.
- Maintain regular communication with patients regarding their visits and follow-ups.
- Assist doctors and clinical staff with patient coordination.
- Help patients complete required forms and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.




- Address patient queries politely and direct medical concerns to the appropriate clinical staff.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth patient services.
- Provide a supportive and professional experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Eligibility and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in patient care, hospital coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in an IVF or fertility hospital will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
