Reporting To: Laboratory In-Charge
Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, receive, label, and process clinical specimens accurately.
- Perform routine pathology laboratory tests as per approved SOPs.
- Operate laboratory equipment and maintain quality control records.
- Ensure proper sample handling, result documentation, and timely processing.
- Follow infection control, biomedical waste management, and laboratory safety protocols.
- Maintain laboratory registers, inventory, and equipment maintenance records.
- Coordinate with pathologists, clinicians, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.
Required Skills: Knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, quality control, equipment operation, and laboratory safety. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
