We are seeking a dynamic Partner Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on building strong relationships, driving business growth, and showcasing innovative hospitality technology solutions. You will be at the forefront of engaging with channel partners, decision-makers, and customers, helping shape the future of hospitality IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture rapport with business channel partners and prospective decision-makers.
- Maintain daily communication with partner contacts, ensuring smooth updates on progress and project status.
- Business Development
- Pitch new business opportunities through established channel partners.
- Upsell solutions to existing customers, maximizing value and revenue.
- Conduct regular telephone outreach to convert leads into prospects.
- Product Demonstrations
- Deliver compelling product demos via WebEx/Zoom during executive meetings.
- Tailor presentations to address customer pain points with customized offerings and strong value propositions.




- Sales Strategy & Process Improvement
- Suggest enhancements in sales practices and processes to accelerate growth.
- Report daily progress directly to the Business Heads

Preferred Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree with Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of luxury hotels or hospitality business environments (advantageous).
- Experience in software sales processes.
- Familiarity with IP Telephony products (preferred, not essential).
- Experience working with US business/market.
- Exceptional team player—energetic, confident, and ambitious.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work independently after successful product knowledge.
- Valid passport for travel to the USA & South Asia to participate in business exhibitions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
