ABOUT NURTURLAND

Nurturland is an InclusionTech startup in Bengaluru making stories and learning tools for children aged 2 to 18, including children with learning and developmental differences. Our range includes world folktales, true stories of real achievers, and workbooks.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a part-time Sales Partner to take Nurturland's books and workbooks to schools, therapy centres, clinics and bookshops across Bengaluru. This is an in office, field role. Your goal over 3 to 6 months: help us sell 1,000 books.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Visit and pitch to principals, librarians, special educators, therapists and shop owners
- Win the decision-maker's trust and close orders
- Follow up on every lead until you get a yes or a clear no
- Keep a simple record of visits, leads and orders
- Bring back feedback from schools, parents and children

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR




- Someone who talks well, persuades without pushing, and follows through
- Comfortable travelling around Bengaluru for school and centre visits
- Reliable, self-driven and able to work a few days a week
- Sales, education or publishing experience is a plus, but not required
