We are looking for a Paid Media Executive who has hands-on experience in planning,

executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

 Plan and execute lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.

 Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs.





 Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of spends.

 Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.

 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

 Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.

 Coordinate with creative and account teams for campaign requirements.

 Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation.

 Stay updated with platform changes and paid media best practices.

Requirements

 2–3 years of experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing.

 Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

 Experience with YouTube advertising is preferred.

 Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.

 Valuable analytical and reporting skills.

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

 Agency experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
