- Promote and sell NoBrokers Packers and Movers services to customers planning to relocate.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable relocation packages.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and operations teams to ensure smooth moving services.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking relocation services.
- Explain service packages, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Collect relocation details, including pickup location, destination, household items, and moving date.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with booking confirmations.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into bookings.




- Coordinate with vendors and operations teams to schedule relocation services.
- Track booking status and ensure timely service execution.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate service-related issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer details and booking records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
