Compensation and Performance

A. Fixed Gross Annual Salary – ₹2.64 LPA (₹22,000 per month CTC)

Role Summary

We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented Packing Assistants to support our warehouse and packaging operations. The role involves packing, weighing, labelling, stock handling, inventory record maintenance, and preparing medical and healthcare products for dispatch while following company quality and packaging standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack, weigh, and label finished products accurately for shipment or storage.
- Ensure products are packed securely and meet company packaging standards.
- Handle packaging materials, including boxes, labels, padding, and other packing supplies.
- Use basic packaging tools safely and appropriately.
- Inspect products and packaging for visible defects or damage before dispatch.
- Verify product labels, batch numbers, expiry dates,



and quantities wherever applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper arrangement of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Assist with receiving, storing, arranging, and dispatching materials and products.
- Maintain accurate records of inward materials, outward materials, and available stock.
- Ensure inventory records are updated regularly and stock discrepancies are reported promptly.
- Assist with basic purchasing and material requirement coordination when needed.
- Follow verbal and written instructions, company SOPs, hygiene requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with QC, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Experience and Skills

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3+ years of relevant experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of packing, labelling, and material handling.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain simple stock records and documentation.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse and packaging environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined approach to work.

Key Success Metrics

- Accurate packing, weighing, and labelling of products.
- Minimal packaging errors, damage, and product mix-ups.
- Accurate and timely updating of inward, outward, and stock records.
- Proper organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Timely completion of packing and dispatch activities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
