Whispering Homes Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Packaging Executive / Shipping Executive to manage daily packaging, order processing, dispatch, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and protected packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack products securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

- Process customer orders and prepare them for dispatch.

- Verify product details, quantities, shipping labels, and invoices before shipment.

- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for timely dispatch.

- Maintain daily records of packed, shipped, and pending orders.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of products in the warehouse.

- Track shipments and coordinate the resolution of dispatch-related issues.

- Follow company packaging standards and shipping procedures.

- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain cleanliness,



organization, and efficiency in the packing and dispatch area.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

- Experience in packaging, warehouse operations, order processing, or shipping will be preferred.

- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.

- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Responsible, punctual, and organized approach to work.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
