Role Description The Owner role at Unifo Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will oversee overall business operations, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment with the vision of creating integrated supply chains.

Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding product development, supervising key logistics and supply chain initiatives, managing financial performance, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and making data-driven decisions to drive growth and operational excellence.



The owner will represent the organization in external forums, support business development efforts, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications

- Strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or related operations, with the ability to oversee complex, integrated supply chain initiatives.
- Experience in business leadership, including strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled products or platforms, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or SaaS environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage clients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
- Track record of driving business growth, managing risk, and making data-informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in founding, owning, or leading a business unit or startup is highly beneficial.
