Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Overseas Business Development professional with experience in freight forwarding and international logistics. The candidate will be responsible for developing overseas business through WCA network partners, building strong relationships with international freight forwarders, generating new business opportunities, and increasing international shipment volumes and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand overseas business through WCA network partners and international freight forwarding agents.
- Identify and establish relationships with overseas agents, importers, exporters, and logistics partners across global markets.
- Generate new business opportunities for air freight, ocean freight, import, and export shipments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents to increase shipment volumes and profitability.
- Coordinate with overseas partners for quotations, rate negotiations, shipment inquiries, and business development opportunities.
- Follow up on overseas inquiries, pricing requests, and business leads to convert them into confirmed shipments.
- Develop business across international trade lanes and identify current markets for growth.
- Work closely with internal sales, pricing, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and overseas business opportunities.
- Attend international logistics meetings,



networking events, and WCA-related conferences to develop business relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and gross profit objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas agents and provide timely responses to business inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in overseas business development within freight forwarding or international logistics.
- Experience working with WCA or other international freight forwarding networks will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of air freight, ocean freight, import, export, and international shipping procedures.
- Strong skills in international agent networking, sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads, develop new markets, and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Experience Relevant experience in overseas sales, international business development, or freight forwarding agent network development is preferred.
