Role Description As an Outreach Specialist – Offpage SEO at Selfcraft Media, you will manage and execute off-page optimization strategies to build high-quality backlinks and strengthen online visibility for client websites. Daily responsibilities include researching and identifying relevant websites, communities, and influencers, conducting outreach campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners. You will draft outreach emails, pitches, and content collaborations, monitor link-building performance, and report on campaign results.





The role also involves coordinating with the SEO and content teams to align outreach activities with overall digital marketing objectives and brand guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal outreach to external partners.
- Customer Service and Community Outreach skills to build and maintain positive relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and online communities.
- Research skills to identify relevant websites, link opportunities, and industry trends for off-page SEO campaigns.
- Writing skills to create compelling outreach messages, collaboration proposals, and supporting content.
- Foundational understanding of SEO, particularly off-page optimization and link-building best practices.
- Ability to analyze outreach and backlink performance using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar).
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Rajkot.
- Relevant coursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
