Role Description The Owner at Boonos POS – Restaurant Billing Software is responsible for overseeing daily business operations and strategic direction of the company. This full-time, in office role based in Indore involves managing product development priorities, supervising sales and customer support activities, and ensuring that the POS solution meets the evolving needs of restaurant clients. The Owner will engage with key customers to understand requirements, guide improvements to the software interface and security features, and maintain strong business relationships.

Additional day-to-day tasks include monitoring financial performance,



coordinating with internal teams, optimizing processes, and representing the brand in local and regional markets.

Qualifications

- Experience in business ownership, operations management, or leadership in a technology or restaurant-focused company.
- Strong understanding of restaurant workflows, billing processes, and POS systems, including KOT management and invoice handling.
- Ability to define product strategy, prioritize feature development, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance software usability and security.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication to build and sustain client partnerships.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and performance analysis to support sustainable business growth.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams and make timely, data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant entrepreneurial or industry experience may substitute.
- Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector, or in software product management, will be considered an advantage.
