About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Executive to identify recent business opportunities, build client relationships and promote our outdoor advertising solutions. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their marketing needs, presenting suitable advertising options and converting enquiries into business.

Candidates with experience in media sales are preferred. Applicants with relevant sales experience, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about outdoor advertising are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Chennai.
- Meet prospective clients and present outdoor advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses, agencies and marketing teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising placements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on leads.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support campaign execution.




- Maintain sales activity records and work towards agreed sales targets.
- Travel locally for client meetings and site visits as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales, particularly media or advertising sales.
- Knowledge of outdoor advertising (OOH), including hoardings, lamp poles and other advertising placements, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify prospects, follow up on leads and close sales.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable with field-based work.
- Familiarity with the Chennai business market is an advantage.
- A degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Freshers may also be considered if suitable experienced candidates are unavailable and the applicant demonstrates strong communication skills, confidence and sales potential.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, suitability and the agreed compensation structure. Suitable freshers may be considered for the ₹30,000-₹50,000 range, subject to confirmation.

Work Location

Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role requires local travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
