1. Role Details

- Position: Outreach Specialist (Teacher and School Outreach)
- Location: Pune (online and field sales), Work from Office (WFO)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- *Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Reporting To: Sales Head

2. Eligibility and Expectations

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in telesales and/or field sales.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; additional languages are respected
- Travel: Must be willing to travel PAN India as required.
- Joining Timeline: Within 30 days of receiving the offer.
- Key Skills: Confident communication, consultative selling, CRM discipline, honest follow-ups, and accurate reporting.

3. Selection Process

- Respond to this invitation within 24 hours and share your updated CV.
- Attend a screening call of approximately 15 minutes.




- Complete a sales role-play or short assignment of approximately 30 minutes.
- Participate in a final discussion with leadership/HODs, including compensation discussions.
- Selected candidates will receive an offer letter, with onboarding planned within 7 working days of selection.

All team members are expected to follow these basic principles:

- Honest Selling: No false promises or misrepresentation of programmes, results, or pricing.
- Confidentiality: Students/Parents, Educator, Institution, and Company information must not be shared or misused. Any violation or breach of confidentiality relating to internal or external data/information will result in strict action.




- Respect and Professionalism: Harassment, discrimination, and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Accurate Reporting: All leads, calls, and sales must be recorded truthfully in the CRM.
- Verification: Selection is subject to satisfactory reference and background checks.
