Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Telecaller to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound calling, lead generation, sales conversion, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Explain products and services to potential customers and identify their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
- Prepare regular reports on calling activity, lead status, and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-driven approach with a focus on sales conversion.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication skills preferred.

- Candidates with proven experience in outbound sales and lead conversion.
- Self-motivated individuals with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
