Job Overview

Proclivity Digitech Private Limited is looking for confident, target-oriented ELD Sales Executives to join our international sales team. The candidate will be responsible for selling Electronic Logging Device (ELD) solutions and fleet management services to trucking companies and owner-operators in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in the US trucking industry.
- Promote ELD devices, fleet tracking, and related telematics solutions.
- Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and subscription plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and sales reports in the CRM.
- Handle basic customer objections and negotiate to close deals.




- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven international sales environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Prior experience in international BPO sales, US telecalling, trucking, ELD, or telematics sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
