Immediate Joiner Preferred

- Prepare and manage daily/weekly OT schedules, surgical timetables, and staff duty rosters.
- Coordinate surgeries and workflow with surgeons, anaesthetists, CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department), housekeeping, and ward teams.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate OT nurses, technicians, attendants, and orderlies.
- Assess team performance and identify training needs regarding current surgical tools, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of surgical instruments, implants, consumables, drugs, and emergency stock.
- Raise indents/purchase requests and maintain up-to-date stock and equipment registers.
- mplement and monitor hospital infection control policies, radiation safety guidelines, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Ensure proper environmental controls (such as theatre temperature and humidity regulation) and carbolisation/disinfection schedules.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
