– OT STAFF NURSE (EXPERIENCED)

Position: OT Staff Nurse

Department: Operation Theatre (OT)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred

Qualification: ANM/GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Registration: Valid Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council registration preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Prepare the operation theatre, instruments, and equipment before surgery.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties.
- Monitor patient safety and assist during pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Ensure proper sterilization, instrument counts, and OT documentation.




- Maintain OT records and ensure the availability of surgical supplies.

Required Skills
- Positive clinical knowledge and OT handling skills.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency cases.
- Good teamwork, communication, and patient care skills.
