Core Responsibilities

- Order Processing & Entry: Accurately record, review, and acknowledge customer purchase orders in enterprise systems like SAP or Salesforce. [1, 2, 3]

- Lifecycle & Logistics Tracking: Monitor order statuses, coordinate shipping schedules, and expedite deliveries with suppliers and carriers. [1, 2]

- Exception & Dispute Handling: Resolve backorders, split shipments, pricing discrepancies, and invoice or billing disputes. [1, 2, 3]

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to address technical queries and delivery commitments. [1, 2]

Key Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP and order management platforms (such as SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, or Salesforce)
