Job Title: Order Management Specialist / Order Management Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end order management process, from order receipt to delivery and closure.

- Process customer purchase orders and validate order details in ERP systems.

- Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, finance and customer service teams.

- Track order status, delivery schedules, backorders and order fulfilment.

- Resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues,



blocked orders and delivery delays.

- Maintain accurate order records and prepare MIS reports.

- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT and quality standards.
